During a private lesson, you can expect more hands-on adjustments than you would otherwise experience in a group class - yet another benefit of having a teacher to yourself. No judgements, no pressure, no hassle.

Students can choose from 60 or 90 minute-long lessons, at the venue of their choice - either in the comfort of their own home, in my yoga studio or outdoor - garden, public park, etc. (weather permitting).
