Kids Yoga

Just like us, grownups, children enjoy all the benefits of yoga. Yoga is a great tool that helps them establish and nurture a healthy relationship with their body, it strengthens their will and discipline, saws strong moral foundations, helps them become mindful of their own feelings and those of others. On top of all that, yoga improves executive functioning skills - from self-control, perseverance, to metacognition and working memory.
